Nachos made with a bed of spinach instead of corn chips!

  1. -1 lbs organic ground chicken
  2. -4 cups of Baby Spinach
  3. -80g Cheddar Cheese
  4. -1tbsp organic coconut oil
  5. -1 organic tomato
  6. -1 organic green pepper
  7. -a sprinkle of organic pepper
  8. -a sprinkle of organic garlic salt
  9. -a sprinkle of sea salt
  10. -a sprinkle of Mrs Dash Garlic and Herbs
  11. -200g (1 large) avocado
  12. -1 lemon
  1. Brown the ground chicken in coconut oil, add salt, pepper, Mrs Dash Garlic & Herbs and garlic salt.
  2. Chop tomato and green pepper in small squares.
  3. When ground chicken is cooked, add the tomato and green peppers and cook for about 3 mins.
  4. Grate your own cheddar cheese (it's healthier and fresher)
  5. In a bowl, squish avocado with a fork, add one lemon and some salt.
  6. Put 2 cups of baby spinach on a plate, then put a layer of avocado on top.
  7. Add the ground chicken on top of the avocado, then sprinkle some cheese on top.
