Ingredients
  1. -3 cups steamed organic Cauliflower
  2. -4 tbsp organic butter
  3. -2 tbsp sour cream
  4. -4 slices of Canadian Bacon (cut in small squares)
  5. -½ cup organic heavy whipping cream
  6. -a sprinkle of Mrs Dash Garlic and Herb
  7. -a sprinkle of Salt
  8. -a sprinkle of Simply Organic All Purpose Seasoning
  9. -a sprinkle of Simply Organic black pepper
  10. -134g Mozzarella cheese
  11. -125g Cheddar cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat over to 375 F.
  2. Steam cauliflower until soft.
  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the Canadian bacon and lightly brown them. Place it in a glass baking dish.
  4. Add the heavy whipping cream, the spices and sour cream to the butter/Canadian bacon and mix well.
  5. Grab the pieces of cauliflower and break them with your hands, place them in the glass dish on top of the liquid mix.
  6. Mix both the Mozzarella and Cheddar cheeses together.
  7. Fill the dish with cauliflower. Add one cup of mozzarella cheese and mix it all together!
  8. Add the cheddar cheese to layer the top.
  9. Bake for 45 mins.
